Scientific Poster Session

Join us on Friday, November 3, 2023 for a Scientific Poster Session and Networking Reception from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. Up to 75 faculty, students, and health and industry professionals will present on a broad range of artificial intelligence topics at the intersection of dentistry and the life sciences.

Thematic Tracks Represented

Posters and oral presentations will be organized by the following thematic tracks (abstracts are not limited to these tracks and if your submission falls outside of these categories, you may simply select “other”):

Submission Guidelines

Submissions are eligible to students, faculty, clinicians, and industry professionals. Abstracts should convey a scientific result and may be research that is in progress or recently published.

The presenter should be identified within the submission process. Presenters of selected abstracts must register and pay to attend the symposium general program. Student applications will be automatically considered for available scholarship opportunities enabling complimentary symposium access. Registration details can be found here.

During the submission you will submit the scientific thematic track that best reflects your research area. You will have the option to select one additional tracks where your research area may also be well suited.

The 500-word maximum abstract should be a brief and concise summary of the background for the study, objectives, method and result(s), as well as conclusions. The submission should not include tables or figures. The abstract is submitted through a Qualtrics survey tool. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by a scientific committee and accepted posters and oral presentations will be notified on a rolling basis beginning June 1, 2023.

Accepted poster presentations will be judged at the Scientific Poster Session and Networking Reception on Friday, November 3, 2023.
